First of all, The feeling of helping people is a wonderful feeling. I find the thought of helping appealing. I have always been willing to help people when they need it. As a staff member I will always be active as I see lots of staff AFK and people or recruits need to be whitelisted and I will be their to help. I also feel that rules need to be enforced, they arent there for no reason. I have been staff plenty of times and enjoyed it each and every time. Usually I find staffing to be just as fun, if not more fun than actually roleplaying. I don't see being staff as power in the community, i see it as a leadership role. Why do you Believe you are Better Fit than Other Applicants to be on the Staff Team: Why do you Believe you are Fit for Administrator on our Servers: I think im fit for staff on this server because, I always try to improve for example. I have made some app such as T-mod apps or GM APPs and I always take their constructive criticism. As a good thing and improve what I have made mistakes on issues. You should accept my staff application because I have a ton of experience and overall am a very professional and mature staff member.  I am very good at handling sits,  whitelisting quickly,  and solving any issues that are going on within the server. You are an Admin, a Moderator is On Duty, You are in RP. The Moderator is Dealing with a MassRDM Call when you see said Moderator Using his Physgun constantly to Pick Up Players, without any Context Currently, Would you do Anything? If so, What:  I Would Confront the Moderator with a friendly manner and solve the problem with the mass RDM. Then I Would Talk to the moderator 1 on 1 about what i saw him doing wrong in that situation and see what he thinks is right. Then I would Enlighten him on what he did wrong in the situation. Clearly that would be abusing his admin powers because he is abusing his physgun so i would direct him to the rules book and then see what he thinks after he bhas read through it again. As an Administrator, you are Aware you Have Access to Whitelisting. If caught Abusing, you will be Punished. Do you Understand: Yes and If I Do Abuse I Understand The COnsiquences As Well.
