During that time I have established multiple communities, advised administrations, and provided emergency security related information to those communities in need. There are so many great servers currently on GMod in multiple different gamemodes however, I feel that PoliceRP has the greatest growth potential. That is why I have dedicated myself and my veteran status to help new communities become established and remain successful. (Can be any length) I don't believe I deserve this rank at all. My existence within FusionNetworks is not to achieve the highest rank, position or power that I can; it's to better the community as a whole. Being an owner of multiple previous communities, I seen that my friends Blitz and Payxur had established another network and I seen it's potential. As stated previously I want to share my experiences and knowledge to help make FN the best and safest community for anyone to be apart of. When I first joined I explained all of this and my intentions to the ownership and I asked them, "how can I help"? They directed me to submit an application for this position. Again, I don't believe I deserve to be a Division Adviser, but i'm honored that I have been granted the opportunity to apply for it. If so chosen for the position, i'll ensure that I complete every task to the utmost best of my ability. At the end of the day, regardless of rank, the community is only successful by input from it's members. That shows commitment, loyalty, communication and respect up the chain from ownership all the way down to the newest member. Each and every one of us here can make a positive impact on FN, even without a title. It'll be my goal to ensure FN succeeds and is driven in the right direction however, that can happen a lot easier being a Division Adviser and I hope I am selected for the job!  How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would nicely ask that the individual calm down and stop cursing at me so that we can discuss the situation. If they continue then i'll escalate to being more stern and commanding in my voice. Lastly, i'll gag/mute the player so that I may be able to speak, say my part and then ungag/mute for any feedback. If the verbal abuse proceeds, then at that point and time other administration action will be taken to remove the toxic player from the roleplaying environment.

Great guy but i will be giving -1 As i believe you shouldnt just gain the rank of division advisor without even working up towards it or and he isnt apart of the staff team... There are people trying to work their way up the ranks and if you just apply and get it? Kinda throws everyones hard work away that want to try and earn that rank.. I believe you should start off as Trial mod and work your way up from there.. Sorry buddy also hes kinda been inactive around the community

Everyone have to start from the very bottom and work your way up the ranks by helping player out and such.[/color]

Honestly, being a Holiday, I don't expect any activity from anyone as I know it is a time to be spent with family. I honestly appreciate your input and opinion in regards to how someone goes about obtaining a position. As for any job (including real life) if you feel you meet the qualifications for an open position within a company, then go ahead and apply for it. Also, positions within Ownership, Executive and Senior Leadership in my opinion should be evaluated, interviewed, tested and trialed by a panel of individuals selected by the current Ownership to ensure the right individual is chosen for the job. Who's to say you wouldn't be a good candidate for Division Adviser? You won't know until you try. I didn't see one. If you read through my full application, you'll see that I was directed by both Owners to create the application for that position. What Cletus and yourself are stating is not fact, it's an old way of thinking that you brought in from past experiences. It's hard to change an old mindset, I get it, but you need to understand that Garry's Mod isn't a game for communities, it's a business. Therefore, you need to have business minded individuals in those top tier positions to guide the community by the vision and mission set forward by Ownership. A person like myself that has ran many communities and operates an international non-profit in real life is more than qualified by skill sets alone to apply for a position such as this.
