(Can be any length)[/b][/i] i think that i deserve to be on the Staff team cause i think i am very friendly when talking to people and helping and i think that i have the strenght to deal with Toxic Players and Rule breakers on the server. I  am used to get screamed at by a "Suspect of Breaking Rules" i think that i can deal with that and talk to him Peacefully and friendly i will be fair on the server and with the staff. I can always replace some staff members when they have some personal problems or they can't get on. I am always honest and trust-worthy i do have my weaknesses it would be probably when somebody starts joking around with me and trying to sabotage me (Spam me, Ear Rape me and other stuff.) I can't handle the Ear Raping and to be honest it is very annoying. Altought i can take jokes and joke around with other fellow staff members! I think that this server is great and has very nice staff members from my past experience on the server!) P.S- Somebody will think what happend to your rank on Fusion Network.  Well it happend cause i was inactive and exams came up and punched me in  the face to study and when i was staff they closed down the server so i couldn't really do anything and my friend came to me and said: Marco Fusion is back on! So that's why i am applying back again. (I didn't get demoted) [i][b]How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?:[/b][/i] Yes, i can from my past experience i can deal with people very easiliy, First if they are Mic Spamming i would simply gag them and let them cool down a little bit. If they keep on continuing i will warn them for mic spamming in Admin Sit. If the warn dosen't work i would ban them 2hrs or less to just tell them when they stop being immature they can join back and settle this like two fellas! Without fighting, mic spamming and etc.....
