Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (Can be any length) I beileve that i deserve this rank because I know I have the needed level of maturity to be apart of this team, I can also bring a different type of personality to the team, I know how to handle myself in high stress situations aswell as be respectful to those not being respectful. I also believe that people who have a specific level of expierence would be good for the server )staff-wise) aswell as having someone around with some-what fresh eyes.

How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? !Gag (Playername) and ask them to calm down and rethink their actions. Wait until they're calm and go from their regarding the situation at hand, If that doesn't work then i'll explain to him what he's facing discipline wise, aswell as ban wise ethier temp or perm ban. (depending on how heavy the offense)

+1 Looks good , it looka like you know how to handle a sit very well. Just one suggestion to the explaining part to him, ask a HR before making any action so that you are giving the person the right action.

Thanks man! I appreciate that comment alot. I'll definitly take your suggestion and use it in the future.
